We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest issue of RNA Translated, the University of Michigan Center for RNA Biomedicine annual magazine and brief report.

The 2024 issue focuses on our groundbreaking efforts to build a University of Michigan “M-RNA Therapeutics” initiative, led by Michelle Hastings, Ph.D., and Peter Todd, M.D., Ph.D. Professors Hastings and Todd outline our vision to create a fast, efficient, and cost-effective pipeline from a patient’s bedside to the research bench and back to the bedside, and also provide insights into how to bridge the divide between foundational and clinical research.

A collection of stories explores the basics of RNA science, highlights the work of a diverse cross-section of faculty who are shaping the future of RNA research, and offers a few peeks behind the scenes. The last section of the magazine features the main activities of the center for the 2023 calendar year, along with information on how to participate in supporting our mission.

We hope you find the magazine informative and engaging, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need further information. Enjoy the read!
