Venues and Locations
Scientific Presentations, Panel Discussions, Breakfast, Lunch, Sponsor Booths: Friday and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The scientific presentations will be held in the Kahn Auditorium at the Biomedical Science Research Building (BSRB, 109 Zina Pitcher Plaza, Ann Arbor, MI 48019). Please use the doors on the northeast corner of the building.
Breakfast, lunches and breaks will take place in the ABC Seminar Rooms, BSRB
Sponsors’ exhibits will be located in the BSRB, Upper Atrium and outside the ABC Seminar Rooms
Networking Dinner Social Event: Friday, 5:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The Networking Dinner social event on Friday, March 6, will be held across the street in Palmer Commons (100 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109). See directions below
Poster Presentation and Reception: Saturday, 5:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The Poster Presentation and Evening Reception on Saturday, March 7, will also be held across the street in Palmer Commons (100 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109).
The Poster Session will take place in two waves:
- Session 1: 5:15 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Session 2: 6:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.
- Food and beverages will be available throughout the evening

- From the Vanguard Hotel to BSRB, cross Glen Avenue, walk East along Ann Street to Zina Pitcher Place. Cross Ann Street and enter the doors to the BSRB on the Northeast corner of the building. Please note that these are the only doors of the BSRB that are unlocked.
- From the BSRB to Palmer Commons, exit the BSRB in the Northeast corner, cross Zina Pitcher place, turn right and walk along the sidewalk and up the slight ramp, crossing over Washtenaw Avenue to Palmer Commons straight ahead. Enter the building and take the stairs or elevator to the 4th Floor, Great Lakes Room
Parking
Visitor parking is available in a number of locations across campus using the AIMS Mobile Pay (AMP) System, as well as the Palmer Structure with pay-in-lane machines. Parking fees are $2.50 per hour. The maximum hours of use and enforcement hours, which vary by location, are posted in the location listings. Motorcycles and mopeds are also eligible to park in visitor spaces in lots by paying the associated fees. They are not allowed to use structure spaces. For those that are driving to the conference site, we recommend the visitor parking at Palmer Drive Parking Structure off of Washtenaw Ave. For more details on how to use the visitor parking structure, visit https://palmercommons.umich.edu/article/maps.
There is also limited visitor parking in the Ann Street Parking Structure, 1115 Ann Street, directly across from the BSRB. For more details on how to use the visitor lot, visit https://ltp.umich.edu/lot/?xyz=fh.
